The fund is independently administered by Community & Voluntary Support Conwy (CVSC). CVSC employ a full time, locally based fund manager. Decisions on the allocation of funds are made by a grants panel of people who live, work or volunteer in the funds area of benefit.

Panel members usually meet four times a year to consider applications.

Each has knowledge, experience and an empathy for the third sector and the challenges facing community groups and organisations. To ensure a “joined up” approach to projects and regional initiatives we have a representative from the two Local Authorities (Conwy and Denbighshire) and Cadwyn Clwyd, together with respected and motivated individuals with a lifetime of voluntary sector skills and practical experience.
